Engine code clearing help.

Hi, so currently running jb4, under acceleration my fuel wire came undone on my driver side. I then had a code of p2254, p0302, p0304, p0306. P2254 is stored and p0302-4-6 are pending. I bought a shitty obd reader since i was away from home when it happened. Trying to clear the codes. I plug in the device, turn on the car, scan it, clear it, and shut off the car, but its still showing the one stored and three pending. How can i get them cleared?

You need to clear them when powered in accessory not running...shitty OBD readers are just that
