Mirror not moving

Replace the side cap on my mirrors and now they are not doing anything, but i can hear the motor
Can anyone help me out with this

Its gotta not be set back in place is my only guess. I know this isn't the first time I've heard this. Maybe pop one cap back off put the glass back on, no cap, and see if it works. If it does then it may be getting hung up on the cap somewhere. Or you will see where you need to set the glass correctly into place with the cap on. Just a thought
