Does anyone has information of places that I can purchase scorpion edition wheels (J5529AP100 & J5529AP150)?
All internet pages I found said they don't have stock.
I don't mind oversea shipping, but I would like to look for some places within the U.S. first.

Please share infos you guys have

You probably could find a super close look wheel for cheaper. Why the must have Scorpion wheels?

Cuz I like the look :) although there's close-looing wheels, but they're not the same look.

but close looking will likely be a lot cheaper. the stinger wheels are expensive. the oem wheels are also heavy, some people lovingly call them boat anchors. you can order them through parts departments at kia dealerships.

I hear ya. Took me a bit to decide what wheels i wanted. Finally got em and the Scorpion came out...."damn it now everyone is gonna think i went that route":laugh: especially when i park next to a white one

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Never even thought about the weight of the rims. I don’t think for a daily driver it would really make much of a difference would it?

scorpion24, the one picture i can see of your stinger, looks freakin awesome. i love the blacked out look on a stinger. super stealth.

My summer wheels are about 1/2 the weight of the stock set, even though the wheels are wider. I can definitely feel the difference in both handling and see a difference in gas mileage, both for the better with the summer set.

we call the oem gt wheels 'boat anchors', in jest of course. they are good wheels but if you are into 0-60 and quarter mile times you would of course change them for much lighter aftermarket. I don't believe that anyone's butt dyno can tell a difference in spite of claims to the contrary.

I don't know why you would go for the heavy Scorpion wheels when you can get lighter weight wheels that at least look just as good and are probably substantially less expensive.
Just doesn't seem terribly logical.

Cuz I like the look of it and doesn't really prefer 3rd-party parts to be in my car

Even though third party parts can be an improvement?

Whatever floats your boat. Have fun.

..was reading your mod list. i am curious to know how much HP do you have after doing all of that stuff? also, do you get any errors or warnings after mod'ing things from stock? does that thermal r&d exhaust make your exhaust sound awesome?

I don’t know. Haven’t dynod it. No errors or warnings at all. The catback made the exhaust note deeper. Not raspy like the other cat backs.

I want to install that BMS HPFP though. Haven’t read any reviews so I’m holding off…
