I guess that would be hard for anyone to say unless they have had both. Lozic seems to be more popular (what I have). I think Tork also has a tuned TCU as well. For a TCU, they are probably all very similar.
I think that you would get more variation in ECU tunes, since there are so many parameters that can be changed.
