Question: can it be done while parked, or do I have to be driving?

From what I understand, it's just good practice to open her up every once in a while. Problem is, I don't know where I could do that around where I'm at with getting pulled over.

The important part is the load part. Use manual mode and keep it in a low gear to keep the RPMs up.
