Has anyone else purchased from Jonny Tig recently?
I made a purchase 6 days ago for an intake on my Stinger and haven't had any confirmation that they received my payment, emails and Facebook messenger go unanswered. The invoice is still showing as overdue and the order is still listed as new. Payment was made via PayPal.
I understand there is a bit of a wait, and of course I don't mind waiting for quality kit, but I just wanted confirmation that they have received my payment and what the current turn around time is. I don't think that is unreasonable after handing over my money.
I live in the UK and don't really want to have to wait up until the early hours of the morning just to call them when it would take them less than 30 seconds to respond to my query.
Wondering if anyone else has had similar experience? It seems like they have just taken my money and then ignored me ever since.
