Its been a year to date since I got my car. Super stoked with everything ive gotten done. And im sure more will come.

such a fun hobby when your kid is involved. My son has helped me with a ton of stuff, and modded the hell out the VW GTI that I gave him when he turned 16. (it was my GTI before that, Passing it to him gave me the perfect excuse to get the stinger!) Only problem is the GTI is almost as quick as the stinger. He's FWD, I'm RWD, so we both have traction issues! We did a 40-90 roll race twice one day, and I got about a half a car on him. First and Last time we did that though. We would both lose our cars if we got busted racing here in NC. Not worth it.

Ill agree, it is fun. I was around when my dad was running his El Camino club in So Cal growing up. That also taught me how much of a pain in the ass it is to run a car club.

However I did run one for several years, even though i knew better.

But it also got me in to modding and cars.

Ive always played with cars/trucks and i stepped away for while (like i said in another thread). But my Stinger opened the door to getting back into it and the opportunity to spend one on one time with @Deviate'sKid , and pass some knowledge along the way.

Super cool you were able to do the same. And its just a ticket.
