The only person that might be doing it would be Tork via the ECU flash. Call him. No chance as an add-on module.
The car more-or-less has a built-in two step with RPM limit when initiating launch control. Tork makes a lot of modifications, and his customers are pretty drag-focused. So I expect whatever they are doing is working quite well.
