I’d like to detail my sales experience with Smithtown Kia, located in Smithtown NY.

After finding out about the insane 24 month / 12k miles lease incentives and rebates on 2019 GT2 cars ($12320 off!) I went into Smithtown Kia with the numbers I wanted and came out the next day driving a brand new 2019 white GT2. A young man named Kyle (only 21 but sharp as a whip) was eager to tell me every single nuance this car had to offer. The price was right and everyone from the salesman to finance to insurance to the sales manager were great people.

Lease cost is high but doesn’t matter as I’ll be getting the lease buyout quote when it posts to Kias website. Adjusted net cap cost pre-tax including $650 acq fee was $38675 on a GT2 with two added options: puddle lights and remote start. The best deal ever? Probably not and had a bit more wiggle room and looks like I got ~6% off MSRP but it was effortless to get there and includes free oil changes and inspections for life. I’m satisfied!

Later in the same day I bought the car, I called the salesman twice to pick his brain and he was eager to answer any questions I had. Just a great experience! I hope service is just as good :) I’ll come back and edit after my first time in.

Huh, did we go to the same Smithtown Kia? When I went there, the salesman tried to sell me the car at sticker. I called it out, and they insist that I give them an empty check to "show I'm a serious buyer", and went to the manager's office. Then he came out with $500 off sticker. I immediately left.

Pardon late reply but that sucks, all depends on who you talk to. Some folks try and play “I’m the salesman this is the number” games.
