Advice; New to the forum;

Hey everyone; I’m new to the forum and was hoping for some advice on a soon to be purchase on the Kia Stinger GT1/GT2.

With help from a friend who use to work at Koons; I have an OTD price at Koons Kia for a Gt1 for 40190 (taxes and everything included) but KingsKia are telling me they would beat any price. They have a gt2 for 39k listed. I told them I would stop by to negotiate before heading to koons.

Is the deal I’m getting at Koons for the gt1 a good deal? How deep should I negotiate with Kings for that Gt2 listed at 39k. Is OTD price of 37k with taxes included an unreasonable?

I’m at like 90 percent certainty of purchasing Wednesday. I have already purchased the rebadge kit from the websites store yesterday night.

I may trade it my 2014 Dodge Charger, 69k miles if the price is right. I currently owe 5100 on it and KBB is pricing it at 9k. I held off on a GT purchase back in September but I was offered $9500 for my trade in at the time which would of had me OTD for 28k on a GT. I wanted the sunroof so I left the deal on the table.

Sounds like you're in an enviable position: between dueling dealers! If one has sworn to beat any competitor's price, you just have to keep them in communication and stand back and watch, and wait. Then buy. OTD of $40K for a 2019 GT1 is very good; lower is of course even better!

Thanks for the reply! Once he told me he will beat any price I became very aggressive with other dealers. Hopefully he lives up to it. I’ll dry the hour and 45 minutes to hear him out.
