I was watching this review on the Genesis G70 , it seems Genesis recommends premium fuel, yet the Kia Stinger engine can run regular fuel, I am thinking why the difference if both engines are identical?
This review is of an Australian Genesis G70 and prices shown in Australian dollars.

I also found this statement I researched;

The twin-turbo V6 is the same as the one in the Kia Stinger, but Genesis claims it's a touch quicker 0–100km/h – 4.7 seconds – even though there's no extra power. Although it does insist on 95RON premium unleaded, whereas the Kia Stinger can run on regular.

My Stinger will never see regular.

Per the Kia Stinger owner's manual. "we recommend you use unleaded gasoline which has an octane of RON 95/AKI 91 or higher. The keyword is "recommended". Kia wants you to use 91 Octane (95RON in EU) but you don't have to. You will lose power and performance by using a lower octane fuel and the engine can become susceptible to engine knock, which can destroy your engine.
