Unsteady revs at idle in ECO

Curious if anyone has had the same issue. Pull up in garage tonight, in ECO mode, idling varies up and down by around 100-200 rpm. Granted that's not a lot at all, but when I idled in Comfort/Sport/Custom the idle was pretty much sitting still, no fluctuation.
