I want to put a rear spoiler on my White GT-2. It seems as if the two top spoiler brands are the M&S and the Stingerhaus ones. The Stingerhaus is more expensive, $440 in piano black to match the rest of the car. I believe having the M&S painted this way is around $150 so a painted M&S is about $100 less. Anybody have any tips on this? Is the quality of the Stingerhaus really good?

It is also hard to tell the differences in shapes, it appears as if the S model does not have the luck tail of the G model of the Stingerhaus. Most of the pictures I see are from the rear or rear side so hard to see the differences from the front.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

The Stingerhaus spoiler is 439 painted gloss black , I looked at it but bought the MS G style which I think finishes the tail off perfectly , the profile of both spoilers is quite similar , the key is either going gloss black or body color . Body color is more subtle and elegant , gloss black maybe a bit boy racer which is fine and both work well for the car , for the price of the SH you could get a MS spoiler and rear diffuser ?? Good luck , it will look great either way you go

Mine is M&S S Type, very happy with the style & finish, this has now been fitted since June 2018.

I think you can't go wrong on either of them. If money wasn't a factor I'd probably go for the stingerhaus, the fit is supposed to be perfect on that and it looks great in the piano black.

the M&S spoiler fits perfectly as well , Toight like a Tiger !

How sturdy is the M&S spoiler? since you will most likely end up opening the trunk by pulling on the spoiler. Yes I know you're not suppose to do that; but let's be real, it will happen by accident more times than you would like.

I have the M&S type G spoiler. It's very sturdy. But you have to keep in mind, it's held in place by automotive 3M tape, attaching it to the trunk. The tape and spoiler are pretty durable and although the spoiler isn't going anywhere, even if you pull down on it, I still would never touch the spoiler when I close the trunk. It leaves fingerprints and since mine is painted gloss black, it's just more opportunities for you to place surface scratches on it. The Stingerhaus spoiler is similar, but it's wider in the middle and seems to angle up a bit more than the type G. Both look great and it just depends on your preference.

Over paying for any piece of plastic with double sided tape on it be called a spoiler.

Stingerhaus spoiler attaches with 3m AND automotive adhesive that is supplied with the install kit. It’s not going anywhere.

If only the Spreek came in fibreglass, I just dont want a cb car.

I ordered the Piano black Stingerhaus spoiler. Hope I like it!

I replaced an OEM M spoiler on my last 550 and it was 3 times the price and the quality was exactly the same as , I think the M&S spoiler are solid value .
