Flapping noise from driver's side (on 60+ mph speed strictly)

Does anyone experience strange "flapping" noise from outside of the driver's door on high speed? It is like something is attached somewhere at the front left corner of the car, and it is not tightened properly, so it is making flap-flap noise at 100+ kmh (60+ mph) speed. Not squeaking - exactly flapping. No noise at all at the passenger's side - only at driver's. The noise is completely gone at speed lower than 55-60 mph and starts to appear after reaching the speed above. I looked everywhere I could reach, but everything looks solid and tightened...
 
With all my windows open, the rear seatbelt on the passenger side flaps against the rear seat at around that speed.

That's the only unusual noise I've discovered on my Stinger.
 
Underbody skid plate? It does drop down a bit maybe the wind makes it flap around at speed.

I am sorry, but what does "underbody skid plate" mean? I cannot find the correct translation for the "skid" word.

I am sorry, but what does "underbody skid plate" mean? I cannot find the correct translation for the "skid" word.
It’s a plastic cover under the belly of car engine, the back part appears to hang down and may be flapping at speed.
 
YES!! >60 mph it's painfully annoying

This is yet another example of our most sensitive sense; hearing. I can hear the legs of a grasshopper or cricket rubbing on its wings, but not hear the shrill trilling that results. There is a frequency (or frequencies) where my gunshot ears do not pick up noise. Although I might be hearing something, it doesn't register as unusual or irritating. Whereas another person will feel like they are in the presence of fingernails on a chalkboard.
 
The underbody panel that is removed for oil changes has six bolts and two push pins. If the person changing the oil failed to replace the push pins, it can cause the panel to bow down at highway speeds and "flap". That would be my first check. Also, make sure all of your trim strips are fastened and not loose, and check under the hood for a loose piece of weather stripping.

Thanks for information. Anyway, here in Russia all new car owners remove that plastic underbody panel at the very first day after buying, and replace it with 2-3 mm thick steel plate due to our messy roads and giant snowdrifts during 7-8 months of winter time. You will never find a car in Russia without that steel plate installed. So I think it cannot "flap" just because of its high thickness.
But yesterday I have remembered that I accidentally scratched the front left wheel to the road stone border about two months ago (yes, my bad :( ). And this flapping noise appeared right after that event, as I remember. So my guess is that is something in the wheel arc, which has gotten just a bit loose after scratching. The scratched wheel itself surely cannot produce this kind of sound. The srtrange thing is that I do not see any scratches on the front bumper or wheel arc, only on the wheel...

If it is strictly speed related, then I'd check for any wheel well lining or plastic material that might have been broken loose by road damage.
 
I had a "flapping" sound on the driver side. It was one of the screws in the under body panel not being completely tightened down. It allowed the panel to flap in the wind. I'd go for that first like other people have said.

I have the exact same problem with my Stinger GT. Very annoying. Can’t drive over 60mph unless radio is on. Hope someone has a solution.
