Anyone have any comments or experience with Zurich Shield?

Purchased through dealership and is described as One-Year Standard Protection,
Exterior-paint protection against weather induced fading and loss of gloss and
Interior-Fabric, vinyl and leather protection against permanent staining caused by food or drink

We purchased as well, mostly for the interior protection due to having a 4yr old. In WA state their warranty has to be listed as a guarantee, meaning they can't back out so long as the potential damage is listed as covered. We'll see, but the exterior is still beading water strongly, even though it hasn't had a good wash in 3wks

I got a kit (check e bay under $60.) and applied the exterior wax only. Liquid wax on --hand wipe off with micro fiber towels.
My car hasn't seen a NE winter yet and is garaged away from pollen so the finish came out nice. Not exceptional but nice.
The kit has 6 bottles in it --all liquids.
2 car wash, one glass, one interior surface cleaner, one vinyl -leather renewal, 1 paint sealant--liquid not paste.
I don't expect a company warranty but since it was DIY there was a big savings. We don't live near woods or pine trees either. Since my kids are grown and I don't eat meals in my car ever I thought this will be a reasonable alternative. I figured it's the same products the dealers use nationally and they should be OK but without the insurance policy they provide.
I think they do cover tears on the leather or a spilled drink so if that happens I am on the hook $$. I'd be curious if a spilled drink on the front seat that caused perf seat and air flow/fan damage is covered.
