Xenon Octan Booster vs 99% Ethanol

Hello.
In Europe, we don't have access to E85, so my only options are to use octane booster or 99% ethanol.

The cheaper is an octane booster. But what's better and safer for the engine?

Doe's anyone use Octane Booster - Xenum Power of Technology.

My alternative is Pure Chemical 99% Ethanol.

Remember that when Octane boosters say "2 to 5 points" they mean raising the RON from 99 to 99.02 - not 99 to 101. There are a small handful that can raise a full unit, but that requires one to two liters of the stuff per tank of gas. The product you linked is just the typical snake oil that doesn't do anything.

You're much better off making your own ethanol blend using the chemical provider and mixing it with pump gas to get the desired ratio. Note that anything above 30% Ethanol or so begins to really stress the stock fuel system.
