So in the annual Spring Survey for Consumer Reports, a weird thing happened. On the page after total costs for maintenance is this prompt: "Please click 'somewhat satisfied' from the following responses." I chose "completely satisfied," instead.
Typically those questions are in there to check if you are paying enough attention to the questions. It doesn't affect the car's rating, only how seriously they take your responses.
