Just bought a 2019 GT1 AWD (Ceramic Silver) from Winn Kia in Fremont.
Dealt with Bob - older gentleman. He was very patient, seems like he's been in the car business for many years. I flip-flopped several times starting in March, then April to last weekend - was going to wait for the GT-S to drop, but then my LGT wagon died suddenly. Contacted him again, and he was very flexible. We negotiated everything over email, the price on the contract was the email price. They gave me right around invoice pricing, around $3500 off MSRP (including destination). Then take off $7400 24-month lease cash. I did 0-down. I think that means I get taxed twice on DMV, etc, but, oh well. I feel the price overall was acceptable, and $100 more or less isn't going to break me.
Ryder (IIRC) was the finance guy - same experience. No attempts at markup, silly games, or anything, just sign and drive. We dove into a couple of the numbers to make sure everything added up, and it was very refreshing.
About the only negative was that 2 people were in line ahead of me to sign papers, so I had to wait ~1 hr for Ryder..
