Windshield washer fluid and ceramic coating

Does anybody know if the washer fluid that Kia uses is safe for a ceramic coated windshield?

Just wanted to be sure because I was told to not use car soap when washing the car because it’s ceramic coated

Since I live where it doesn't freeze, I use distilled water. Need it anyway for the coffee maker, golf cart batteries, etc. So no hard water accumulation and no water spots from the washer water.
