Which Dealer in the Charlotte, NC is the best for a turbo replacement?

I'm being jerked around by my local dealer's service department about a warranty replacement of a faulty turbo. I contacted Kia and they said that they gave the all clear and received the dealer's report. The dealer initially told me it was declined. I called the service manager and he stated he'll have to submit photos and a report, which Kia stated they have and already reviewed. I advised dealer, same thing. Then I asked him to CC the info to me. There are a number of reasons for the dealer to bullshit me like this. Cost of purchasing repair equipment, inadequate staff, or perhaps they think I'm a dick...haha. I have access to the bigger Charlotte area market. Is anyone local to this area and have knowledge of a good, no hastle service department that will do a good job? Thanks in advance

You're doing the right thing by not pushing them to do it - if they don't want to, it will be crap work. WTF is wrong with these people?

Gerry Wood in Salisbury or Union County Kia might be worth a shot. Hard to tell these days with some of the stories on here regarding dealers across the country.
