Where do live traffic and fuel prices come from in 2022 Stinger?

I just got a call from SiriusXM helping me transfer my account from my older car to my new 2022 Stinger, after the trial period runs out. This got me thinking...where does the info for fuel prices and traffic show up? Is that from Sirius? The Sirius/Kia website seems to say that it is not them (picture attached)....is this something that is broadcast over HD radio, maybe?

Sirus has a Traffic and a Travel Link service I have for another vehicle, but I don't see it available on our vehicles? Thanks!

Traffic can be sirius, FM, or uvo (if Canadian or 22+ in the states). No idea for fuel prices.
