Wheel Tire Setup

So I need some help. Just purchased Niche Vosso wheels for my GT2 but I'm not sure what tire set up to get to make it look good. I have to keep in mind how bad the roads in NYC are so I want to get as much rubber on those rims as possible. PLEASE ANY HELP!!!!

Front: 20x9 +35
Rear: 20x10.5 +40
