Hey y'all. Already looked for the answer but no luck. I bought the red GT overlays to cover up the KIA on the wheel center caps, and for installation you're just supposed to stick it over the KIA logo. I'm wondering if anyone has tried removing the plastic KIA sticker and then applying the overlays directly onto the plastic wheel center caps? I feel like that'd be better for it sticking long-term and not peeling. Wondering if anyone else has tried this with any success or could advise if this is a good idea or not. Thanks!

The KIA on the OE caps is a sticker!? I don't think so.

I looked pretty closely, thinking along the same lines as you, and I don't think the Kia badge is a sticker on the hub cap. Fwiw, I bought two sets of the GT stickers for replacement if/when they do fall off. But so far they seem to be of very good quality. Key IMO is to clean the surface with rubbing alcohol/thoroughly and rub them starting inside out a number of times, then rub the entire outside edge with a good amount of pressure to ensure there's no lip for dirt and moving air to catch.
