What this thing could be?

Hey. I bought a Kia Stinger 2019 from Auction in Korea. And found this little device installed inside the engine bay. Could anyone help me to figure out what this thing could be..?

The car is slightly mod with HKS Super Power Flow Intake and MBRP exhaust.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It looks like a piggyback module.
