What is the source for traffic data?

I have a 2022 GT-Line. Curious what the source is for traffic data on the map, how accurate it is and how often it's updated.

It doesn't appear to be live traffic data because Google maps will show red traffic while my map screen shows green still.

There's a few places traffic data could come from, sirius, HD radio, and UVO. I'm not 100% sure but I think its UVO only and god only knows where they get their data. Maybe someone with an expired UVO subscription can report if they get traffic data or not.

I let my complementary Kia Access subscription lapse down to whatever the most basic is. I usually use google maps/android auto for navigation but today I used the car's, and it did show red for backed up traffic. I did notice traffic started maybe a mile ahead of where it showed on the map, so not sure how real-time the data is.
