What is the current MF on KMF Leases?

I see in the current incentives thread, it lists the finance rates, and lease cash, but not the money factor? Also residual for 24mth, 12k miles?

I am doing a deal in a couple of hours, and want to know that I am not getting an inflated rate. Even though I plan on buying it out within a month.
