In the last few years, I have noticed that USP service has gradually worsened.
I bought an item from a fellow member sent 9 days ago from AZ to TX.
The expected delivery date was by monday 26, arriving by 8 PM (when the box office is closed).
The last tracking status is In Transit to next facility was the 23th.....I called them and the employee told me the same what is stated on their traking web page.
With this terrible service it is not surprising that the other messaging services dominate the market.
Again, I confirm what the saying says ... "you get what you pay"....So, even if what I bought does not need it urgently, I do not understand the reason why they keep the package with them for so long. It is preferable to pay something else, have specific updates of the route and receive the package as soon as possible.
