I notice in the Canadian Stinger manual the absence of the following:
It does devote a page on how to open the sun glasses holder, though...
And does anyone have links to the other manuals (infotainment/nav/etc.)?
I notice in the Canadian Stinger manual the absence of the following:
- HP/torque details using regular versus premium fuel
- Mention of the dual brake pressure "trick" to trigger or not trigger ISG when it is activated (necessary to prevent the system from driving users crazy and encouraging them to turn it off every time they get in the car)
- How to control the default extent of the hatch opening (in case you have a low garage height)
- How each drive mode affects AWD balance
- How each drive mode affects the fake engine noise level setting (is that in the audio manual)?
- How to get the car to stay in manual mode if you have the DbW shifter (it does explain clearly for the mechanical shifter)
- Whether Auto Hold and ISG are connected/work together
- What exactly is the difference between ESC and VSM (I think I know, but I doubt 99% of readers could figure it out)--since they are controlled together via the ESC switch
- How to set user preference for Custom drive mode--makes it sound like it is the same as Sport, but with the deactivation of ESC (this is likely a misprint since that's what the Sport + mode that we don't get in North America does)--the customization features and details of Custom mode are completely missing
- Does not clarify for many features (for example the various settings of LKA) whether settings are remembered when you turn off the car versus reset to a default...a nice table with the myriad of settings and which ones are in and out of our control and where to adjust them would be nice instead of having to review hundreds of pages with a fine-toothed comb)
It does devote a page on how to open the sun glasses holder, though...
