Urea eml on

Hi
I own a stinger 2.2 gt line diesel 2019
No problem apart from Ad blu .
Last year had ad blu injector replaced.
Last month was running low on ad blu topped it up full tank ! Next couple of days later check urea system comes on off for a couple of days then last night stays on then eml on dash ?
Car is booked in to Kia soonest is a week away
Any one else had similar issues?
