3.3TT Unknown exhaust rattle - Ultimate Performance HFC Downpipe/Midpipe Combo & MBRP Catback (no tips)

Anyone have these installed (or any other combo) and experiencing a very loud rattle at about 2500-3000 rpm? sounds like a heat shield rattle but it's not.

I just put mine on as well paired with a stillen exhaust and I dont have that issue just some weird grinding noise whenever i turn sharp. On the passanger side where the midpipe bends did you have any clearance issues?
