Well I picked up the GT 3 weeks ago and had advised them only to put on blank licence plate frames in lieu of annoying dealership frames. This they did but when I picked up the car they said they had a bit of trouble with the replacements and had to 'remedy' the problem. I asked no more as looked fine. So in less than 3 weeks the front one sprang out and investigation showed they had broken a fastening clip and replaced it with double sided sticky tape. Wow - what a feat of engineering. Some remedy. I must have offended them and their bottom line must be so important they couldn't afford to get a proper replacement for something they themselves broke. Here it it-
If this doesn't win the cheapskate award of the month I don't know what will. I had to buy my own set of frames as the dealer is 230km away and my bottom line can afford to pay. Got a better set anyway in chrome.
