Turbo Issues???? Log included

I am posting a log of a recent run in the 2.0T. at around 3000~3500 rpm's, i am getting a boost "lag" as well as "numb" throttle response but things recover about a second or two later and act as normal.. Have a brand new set of HKS plugs .022 gap...This is MAP 6. have not had issue on any other map. Can post MAP 6 Settings if need be. I am "decent" at reading logs but this is a weird one.......Seems like issue starts at around time stamp 398.25 If i need a "spanking", let me know........lol

Nothing obvious is standing out to me other than the usual power on downshift transmission relay for a split second when you get on it, especially at this half throttle run.
