Trouble shooting mods done on used vehicle prior to purchase

i brought this 2020 stinger used with about 8000 miles on it. I could tell the owner cared about the car he had paddles onnit, trunk spoiler, gt stickers on . But to the bottom left of the inside of the car near the break pedal you can see he may have had something hooked up idk what it could be im new to the car scen i want to know you guys thoughts. I am attaching pictures as well as a some other things that were found in the glove box that may hint at what set up he had going on.

Nothing to worry about. The previous owner may have been using a dash cam or radar detector and was using those fuses with a add a circuit like this:

Not sure why they left the wires probably forgot to take them out.

Dash cam is also my thought. You need to hardwire for parking mode.
