Transmission issue.

Has anyone experienced any....I'm gonna call it torque converter issues? I installed the BMS tcu tune and made about 4 passes and started having issues. Un-installed the tune and still having issues. The torque converter feels as if it has no slip at all. It started with what felt like hanging converter lockup when coming to a stop. Try to go into launch control and it thuds like the converter locks up and instantly no slip. I was able to retrieve a p2708 code which may be the culprit. Gonna go up to the shop and start with diag, just curious if anyone has had this issue thanks!!!! Car has102,000 miles. Wanted to make it clear that I'm 99% sure the tune had nothing to do with the problems unless it was just caused by increased pressures and already worn transmission. The tcu tune was spot on before this issue.

Do you mean you did 4 passes with hard launches back to back? You might have thrown that code simply because you overheated the transmission.

Edit: I see that you still have an issue post removal and after the car has cooled so scratch that.

No I would never do launches back to back like that lol. I had done 3 launches total before the issue. Took the car to my shop and checked fluid and cleared all codes. Did a tcu relearn all with no avail. I strongly believe the valve body or converter is hurt. I also always monitor my trans temps. It was 188° when it happend.
