Hey guys, got a weird one for you.
After I drive my car for a bit (75-100 miles later), when I'm at a dead stop, when I accelerate, the transmission makes a small grinding noise every time the transmission shifts up to 5th gear. This does not happen when the car is cold or below 75 miles driven. Down shifting on the highway does not induce the grinding or accelerating from a rolling stop. The car is at 32k miles so I thought it might need transmission fluids. I took it in once but they found no issues. This grinding is also not guaranteed to happen after I drive it for a bit so it's been a pain trying to figure out how to replicate it at the shop.
Any advice is appreciated.
