I've been noticing that the transmission appears to slip, at least when cold. I feel this in two ways:
First, from a stop and slight downward incline while turning, it feels like one of the rear wheels is not moving... almost like an open diff, followed by sudden movement. I'm curious if this is just how the AWD system is designed to operate, or something else. This is with partial throttle, not an attempt at power sliding.
Second, again on cold starts, the car seems to blip the throttle on *upshifts,* which I would otherwise think is the transmission actually slipping.
Anyone else have this issue or notice something similar? All the reviews talk about crisp and precise shifts, but mine have been mostly anything but.
