After flipping through time slips and getting confused by day and time of day I decided to build a simple xl sheet to reference slips. Way easier than keeping paper and flipping around. I'm posting it for two reasons.
1. Looking for feedback or suggestions to make it better
2. Share it with anyone who frequents the track like I do that might find it handy.

That's the good thing about sharing .CSVs, it's just plain text with no macros or other BS that one might have to be worried about. It might be useful to change column I from JB4 to "Tune"; that way you can capture tunes from other tuners as well. Or not, if you want to limit it to JB4. Cheers!
