Hey All,

I'm thinking about getting a Stinger 2.0, but have concerns as I live in NY and deal constantly with potholes. I currently have a 2017 Civic Hatchback ST that has 235/40/18's on it (2.0 has 225/45/18's) and I've replaced two tires in a year due to bubbles in the sidewall and might have another one to replace after hitting a pothole last week, so i'm trading it in (other option is to get thicker tires and raise the car, but it's not worth it). My question is for those who deal with potholes, have you had any issues if you have a 2.0? I'd never think of GT unfortunately because of this, but basically am curious is the +5 makes enough of a difference or if I should just say forget it and get another SUV. Thanks!

I have a GT2 AWD which comes with 18". Three weeks ago I had to replace both driver side rims because of a NY pothole. Luckily I have tire and rim insurance that I purchased from the dealership

I’ve got a GT2 and have to replace a wheel because it’s bent but not sure what bent it.

Get an SUV , low profile tires dont work well in pot hole environments......................
