Ticking/rattling noise

Does anyone else have a ticking/rattling noise issue when you’re in 1st-3rd and about 3,000 RPM’s? It sounds like it’s coming from the left side engine bay and changes with RPM, I recently got a oil change done at the dealership in my city and they didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way and it puked all the oil out about half a block away from the dealership, I hurried and pulled over as soon as I got the low oil pressure light and let them know. I also have a secondary cat delete and a muffler delete but I don’t think this noise issue is a heat shield somewhere, especially since it didn’t start doing it until after they messed up the oil filter.
