TIAL BOV question

I know nothing about these engines and what the ECU can and can not do. I have a G70 with the 3.3T, which is the same platform on the Stingers.

With that said, Can you run a TIAL BOV with stock engine management? or do you need a tune like a JB4 to run it.

I come from evo's and audis, and those need to be tuned for a BOV, but i understand these use speed density.
