On my prior dual-throttlebody car, I popped the intake pipes off, stuffed rags under the front edges of the throttlebodies, hosed the throttle plates down with SeaFoam and wiped them down, then pinned the throttle plates open to spray more SeaFoam past them and scrub what I could reach of the throttlebody walls.
You could substitute any mild solvent you're ok getting into the cylinders.
My Stinger still has pretty low mileage & age, but I would be curious if any of the guys with earlier cars or higher mileage have any buildup on their throttlebodies/butterfly valves. I'd imagine most of them have little to no buildup, and a quick wipedown on the car would be more than sufficient.
