Switching too map 0

I have a problem I have the Bluetooth connector

Issue 1- I received the JB4 it did not come with the adapter to hook to my computer?

Issue 2- it keeps switching to map 0 for no reason

Issue 3- now it won’t even hook up with my phone it is hooking up but won’t handshake with my device, help?

Try connection diagnostics:
Settings>Advanced>Connection Settings>Connection diagnostics

If you have some fault there, 1-3 ones your BT device probably is gone
