I just got my oil change done at this dealership. Overall experience was great.
I didn't go in with much expectation. I arrived at 12:30 was greeted at the door by the attendant who pointed to me where check in was. My appointment time was at 1pm but they were able to get my car in immediately which was great. I chose to stay and wait at the dealership but they offered me a shuttle service which I declined. They also provided loaners on a case by case.
During check in, my service rep (Jennifer) asked if I wanted a car wash which I declined and then took my keys to get started. The waiting area had plenty of complimentary snacks, water and coffee which I enjoyed. They had comfortable seating with a couple TVs. It wasn't the fanciest service I've seen but I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered. They rival the BMW amenities I've experience I've had before. The only difference was the overall presentation. While it was clean and nice, it looked dated. It didn't bother me at all.
Oil change took about 45 min. to complete and they also vacuumed the interior (which I agreed to). Final bill came to $29 + tax. They were happy to use the oil that I provided which was also great.
All in all, I had a very nice experience and I am relieved to know that my car will be in good hands in the future.
