Hello. I have a new stinger that has come with 18 inch wheels. I have a set of brand new 19 inch kia stinger wheels, that I would like to replace the 18s with. I also have got a new original set of KIA tyre pressure sensors for a stinger to fit to these new 19 inch wheels. Will I have to have the car reprogrammed to see the new sensor or will they just work. Example when changing from 18 to 19 then back to 18 will I have to keep taking the car to be reprogrammed

Everyone who knows says that the TPMS start working within a few miles. There is no programming required. I do know that my new TSW wheels' sensors worked right away. No programming was involved.

No programming needed. If you're having a shop do it, be sure to let them know they do not need to get out the OBD2. I was able to save $10 "programming fee" per wheel my local shop was going to charge. The manager didn't believe me when I told him he didn't need to do anything, claimed I'll be back when they don't work. But within about 2 minutes of driving away all sensors reported in.
