StingerFest - Getting Down to Brass Tacks

Since this looks like it's going to be either Chicago, Illinois or Irvine, California - I'd love to get a list of venues where StingerFest can be held at either of these two locations.

We need to start thinking about this now. I need to rent space.

Saturday? Sunday? Saturday AND Sunday?

Once I have a few venue options in place - I can get an idea on pricing - and then I can start contacting vendors.

In regards to indoor or outdoor - what do you think? Rainouts would be REALLY bad for anyone traveling. So I'm thinking something with a large parking lot that has the ability for people to be inside and outside. Or, something outdoors with cover... Thoughts?
