Stinger 3.3 ECU tune log

Visually your graph looks pretty good: in each pull you can see base timing (Ign1, thin/dark red line) rising with RPM as advance increases, then dropping at shifts. And no obvious spikes in Ign2-6 (looks like just some 1.5s on the graph which is fine).

In your file it looks like you did a Map 0 pull, a Map 1 pull, and those look really clean. IATs are very cool (50s), AFR is healthy 11s-12, fuel trims aren't maxing out (tops out in the 30s, where I think 25 is no enrichment and mid-40s is expected at peak torque on higher maps).

Then you have a pull on Map 7, and Map 6. Was that intentional? Map 7 is for methanol, and increases the boost by RPM to match the methanol flow...in your log you hit 18-19 psi without corrections, which should require ethanol or some other octane boost.

Map 6 is custom, so I don't know if you've messed with the settings. The JB4 is calling for 6-9 psi which is too much for pump or even E30, except that during the highest JB4 boost adds the ECU is only around 8-9 psi instead of 12-13, so it looks like it's trying to maintain total boost around 18-19 psi. I don't know the custom/WMI maps as well so maybe someone else can comment.

You can see that on maps 7 and 6, there is WMI flow, which explains no major corrections. Map 6 is for keeping the boost steadier during rev.

I would like to know the opinions of more experienced tuners about the balance between power and safety.
Timing is not aggressive. I used to run BEF's with aggressive 19/20 deg, but now I'm concerned due to Torque statement that double-digit Ign below 4000 RPM kills the head.

Ah I skipped right over the meth column...yeah definitely not familiar with those logs.
