Hey guys I got a 2023 stinger GT2 bought it new put K&N intakes on it. got about 20k miles in it never had any issues I’m n Illinois where it’s been freezing temps as of late. I use the Kia app all the time to warm vehicle up. I got into my car after using the Kia remote start app an check engine light was on.

The 2 codes were

PO5CCO0

PO5CD00

Has anyone experienced this problem the car is driving fine to my knowledge but I’m not sure why I would get a code of course I drive spirited at times but I really do my best to take care of the car any help would be much appreciated.

Where did you see those codes? ODBII codes should look something like P0### or P1###. P05## would indicate speed or idle control system, but you should have a two digit number to specify what the actual error is (instead of CC/CD).

Ok so the Os are 0s. Looks like P05CC/CD are related to camshaft timing at cold start. I would grab an ODBII reader to confirm the actual DTC codes, clear them out, and see if they return.
