Steering wheel with shift indicators?

Just wondering if anyone has seen one that can be purchased? I've seen pictures of it in insta and the like, but I've never been able to successfully find a vendor that sells them.

My buddy put one on his RS3... but they are NOT cheap... IIRC it cost him around $1000 to add the shift lights! - Oh, and you lose the heated steering wheel function, so that's a hard stop for me lol

If you go this route - be careful what you ask for... no returns, and some things don't transfer well (like the button graphics) I have heard stories of people wanting black on chrome and not being happy with the results, I don't think they use OEM buttons, or cores so it's a bit of buyer beware
