Steering Wheel Issue

Hi,

I noticed that on my steering wheel there looks to be "white stuff" within the cracks of the soft touch material on the steering wheel. I tried wetting it down and using some sort of plastic shiner but it does not seem to help. Attached is an image. It is hard to see so I put a circle around it. Anyone have any idea what this is and the best way to hide it?

I would try a soft toothbrush, and some interior cleaner/shampoo or simple green and water, then follow up with a protector of your choosing
