Sport Mode will not engage

2020 Stinger GT2 awd. No codes. Drives fine. When I switch to sport mode it doesn’t engage. The rpm’s stay the same and it drives like I didn’t switch to sport mode. Any thoughts or input greatly appreciated.

Does the dash indicate sport mode?
Are you saying that in sport mode, the shift points stay the same? Just putting it in sport mode at icdel doesn't do anything to the RPM's, it will however increase the shift points so the RPM's stay higher as you accelerate.
If it truly isn't doing anything, then probably need a trip to the dealer, should be under warranty.
